Ad service from agents, not received the device

I ordered a device from fnb smart device services and it has been 8weeks since waiting, when I first ordered the device I specifictly said that I want a white Samsung S4, but when the courer guys confirms the order I was told that it was black, I then asked again to be given a white S4, after 2weeks waiting for response I was told that my order was cancelled I then rectified that I didn't want the order to be cancelled only the color of the device as I had mentioned earlier, agent promised to get back to me to do a follow up but it never happened, I again phoned FNB and I was told that I would get the device that same week, again that never happened. I again phoned fnb doing a follow up but was told that I was waiting for nothing because there was no device ordered for me. I was very devastated but I tried again asking the way forward was told re-apply and I did that and I was told that the Samsung S4 is out of stock. I asked which phone was available and I was told that it was galaxy Note 3, I then settled for it, again was told that I would get it within 5 working days, again it never happened, I phoned fnb again and was told that my order was never processed and apply again, still waiting...
