REVOLVING CUSTOMER SERVICE

From the moment I walked into the store i was told to go elsewhere. They did not seem to want my business. I was interested in signing up for a Neotel 3G device & Autopage is a reseller. First I was told it would take a week to approve my application and then they would have to wait for stock. I applied and 3 weeks later was still awaiting stock of device. After 3 weeks Autopage told me that my application was approved & they were awaiting Neotel to deliver stock, it was out of their hands. Eventually i contacted Neotel directly at which point i was told that they had plenty stock but they have never received my application from Autopage. I then asked Autopage to send my documents to Neotel and i would work directly with them from then on After paying a R500 deposit received my device, and contacted Neotel to activate, 2 days later, Neotel informed me that they had still not received my documentation and could not activate yet, I then forwarded the docs myself to Neotel and am now still waiting for activation. My girlfriend has 3 contracts with Autopage which she will not be renewing in the months to come but will be washing her hands of Autopage due to the treatment I received.
