Three Weeks later no call or feedback

Is this how you do business you get the sale and then the customer pays and doesn't get the device. After numerous complaints I am no closer to any closure on this issue, how do you sell deals which you know has no stock of the device... I am going to be paying for a upgrade but no device? All promises... Thanks, well if my device cant be delivered by the end of the week kindly cancel my contract at the end of term and I am sure another Service Provider can do with my business
