I changed over to uncapped package last year, which is a waste of time as the internet in unusable most of the time. On top of that, cybersmart is charging me for a 2mb line rental with a 1mb uncapped account. How can you upgrade me to 2mb line rental without asking and charge me a higher rate to that which is advertised on your site. I would like a full refund of all the months which I have been overcharged. I have taken this up with your call centre but no one has gotten back to me. On top of that I have put in my request to cancel in January, I have received no feedback whatsoever as to my cancellation. I will NOT be paying you for March. If you charge me or do not transfer my line back to telkom I will be taking legal action to recoup my money. I have cancelled via Fax, phone as well as email.
