Telkom truly is the worst service provider in SA and we all know that is an enormous achievement. This joke of a company has defrauded me all year, charging me for a service that was a complete disaster or nonexistent. After countless online escalation reports and streams of incompetent technicians through my home wasting my time these still had the audacity to charge me every month for a phone line that didn't work for up to 3 weeks every single month of the year up until August. They have deducted paltry figures off some bills when they in their ignorance can track down fault reports yet not one person in charge has called me, any can see this line has been down every month but that is ok to you, you charge regardless with, if I am lucky and chase you, a few rand off. This is outright and, charging for service you didn't provide. I have just received another full account. if there is one competent and honest person in this company I want to be credited with months of free rental not another slap in the face of R15 off when charging R160 rental for nothing. Dont waste another second of my time, credit or refund me or cancel this line.
