I logged a dispute regarding the invoices received which shows that i've been over charged for the last few months. I received my invoice for 4 Feb and in total its R619.10 for my 1mb uncapped account incl voice line rental and a reconnection fee of R171.49. My line wasnt even suspended. How can this be right? The adsl line rental is R144.74 Telkom W/ender plan R146.49 TBiz BB uncapped Basic R314.91. First of all the adsl line rental is already included with the TBiz BB uncapped Basic. On your website it states "do Uncapped Basic bundle provide uncapped data and a 1 mbps ADSL line" which is R477.37per month incl voice line rental. For the months, December & January I've been billed for a 2mb line which i never even had. Also January I've been billed twice for the same thing, TBiz BB uncapped Basic which is R368.42 R332.77.
I might as well have stayed with Mweb. Worked out much cheaper.
