I did have a 4 mb home uncapped line with cybersmart every thing was fine had no problems with there line speed.. so i decided to upgrade to there 10 mb line home uncapped with my knowing that my telkom copper line does support a 10 mb line and that there should be no problems and i even live one block away from the exchange point of telkom so i should as far as my knowing have no problems.. but since i have upgraded from the 4mb line to a 10mb line i did receive a lot of problems i have the line speed of a 1mb line worse than the 4mb line and id did speak to the one of the cybersmart support people and they had no idea what is rung with my line speed so then he said he will look in to it and let me know asap but no answer so i did call again and this time i did speak to Jan the manager and we did a lot of test and he did no have a answer for me and he also said that he will come back to me and still no replay so i did call again to hear what is the problem so the answer was they are still working on it and this was 3 weeks ago and there is still no improvement on my line and at the end of the day they still want there money.. and they did even slip up on my account...
