I am such an unhappy customer right now! In Dec a lady from Vodacom Direct phoned, wanted to assist by making my monthly payments less, i listened but i was very irratated with her, at the end of the day, my account is higher and higher last two months, as she never mentioned an amount once, when i enquired with Vodacom, they said she changed it to a Talk something, which is costing my R300plus now, as my weekender Plus was R135.00 per month, how is this helping me??? I feel that something should be done, as they use Vodacoms name, but now i can't find anybody to assist me???
I will be reversing the debit orders until this matter is attended to, as this is really not fair.
