Poor Service and Bad Billing

At the end of 2011, the was a special on uncapped internet at Telkom, so we decided, in December, to give it a shot. As we used it throughout December, we discovered that the uncappped internet was really slow, and we would report it on a daily basis and nothing changed. We eventually decided to cancel it as it was unfair paying for uncapped internet when it is that slow. Throughout the previous years, we used a prepaid line, nd something called Waya Waya, where we would only pay for the rental of the line once a year. Now when we tried to get back to that deal, we were told that it had been cancelled, and we could never have it anymore. So my complaint is the fact that we were never informed of the consequences of getting the uncapped internet, and the person responsible for the client accounts did not give us all the details. Had we known, we cuda used anotha line so as to not interrupt the Waya Waya deal, or even not get the uncapped internet. Now we have to pay R75 on rental every month, which is really unfair because were not properly informed.
