A month ago I had phoned mweb call centre to change my uncapped line to mweb. I had an account with cybersmart which was going to be disconnected in one months time since the adsl line was with cybersmart the consultant had told me to take the contract because first 2 months were free with mweb and wait till the end of the month and phone mweb and switch the adsl line over to them. When i phoned mweb today the consultant said they cant change over the line and that i must take the line from telkom and wait one more month. I am very disappointed with this because i have to pay R425.00 from telkom for the line which mweb had advertised the first 2 months were free with the adsl line
