I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING 8*TA FROM THE 4 TH OF FEBRUARY 2013 ABOUT MY PROBLEM THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. WITH IN THEIR 72 HOUR TURNOVER TIME THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALL OR TRIED TO CONTACT ME IN REGARD TO MY COMPLAINT. I HAVE A 8520 BLACKBERRY CONTRACT. IF THIS IS NOT AN ERROR WITH THE SERVICE AND WITH THE UNIT I WOULD SAY THAT THEY MUST REPLACE MY MOBILE WITH A NEW ONE. REASON FOR THAT THE MODEL IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET ANY MORE. THIS CONTRACT IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD.
