I've handed in my brand new Samsung Note 3 on the 4th of January 2014 because it was not charging. I was then told that it should take no longer than 14days to receive a new phone seeing that there was nothing wrong with it and it was a factory fault. It's now the 21st and I have had absolutely NO feedback as to where this case is. I NEED MY PHONE!!! Sick of waiting for something that I am paying for that was broken from the minute I received it...
