SAMSUNG S4 factory fault

I have complained previously about the Samsung S4 which has a factory fault. I was called by Sifiso from Autopage who assisted in getting the phone back to me after two weeks. However it was not fixed and had the same problem. The store returned the phone and indicated that they fixed the phone and in addition were giving me a new phone becuase they were being nice. I was very impressed. NOT for long. The phone was still broken. I then saw an article in the Star on Saturday indicating Samsung phones had factory fault and new batteries wil be provided to all clients. WHY then did the store deliberately lie. Is that how AUTOPAGE treat their clients. Sifiso told me to return the phone to the store as a CPA. He did not tell me to take in the box as we neither did he know that a CPA does not have a repair number. He told me to get the repair number when cooked for a CPA and give it to him on Monday and he will motivate that the phone be replaced. The guy at the store said it had a few scratches and they WILL NOT replace it. Sifiso then told me he could not help without a repair number for the CPA which does not exist and if the CPA is rejected Zarene has no phone. and what I keep paying
