Where is my phone?

On 26 Oct, I take my phone in to be fixed. First, I go to the Samsung shop at Clearwater mall. I wait for 10 minutes, until someone asks what the problem is. I say that my phone is broken, not charging. He says he'll be with me in a minute. 15 minutes later he plugs my phone in, says it's not charging and I must take it to the service centre in Constantia Kloof - why not say that before the 25 minute wait?!!
At the service centre, people who arrived after me were served first. When I pointed this out, the woman made no reply. Phone was booked in, I was promised that I would be called the next day. No one called.. On Tuesday, I called Samsung to complain and find out where my phone is. I was told the matter would be "escalated" and I'd be called back. No one called. I called again on Friday - I was told "it's not ready" and when I ask why no one's bothered to call me and say anything at all, I was told to hold. I'm put through to the manager (Evan?) who says he will look into the matter and call me back. No one called.
So now, where is my phone? Is it being fixed? What will it cost (no one has said anything about costs)? Why do Samsung keep promising to call me and NEVER do?
