No Communication - Simple repai

I took my S4 in for repairs on the 18th Jan (Brand New phone) because it had a glitch.

The 's-view' screen popped up all the time even without any cover on (a few people seem to have this hardware related issue if you google it), Which would minimize the keyboard. Very irritating fault, especially considering it was a brand new almost 10k phone.

When I gave it in they promised me a speedy repair. The lady said they were very busy so I would not receive it back that day, But should be done by the next day.

Since then no one has contacted me. I have had to phone to receive updates on the repair. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone at the repair center and when they do they just seem to say 'the device is still being tested' and when I ask for an ETA they say they cannot give me one.
If I read other people's reports it seems like I still have a long wait ahead.

I cannot run a business without a phone and find it pathetic that my new phone is being repaired when it is brand new and a fault on the Samsung side, and even more that it is almost impossible to reach you guys and not receive any updates.

Should've gotten the Sony...
