FALSE INFO!!!

I was owing R1500 some odd rands. I made a cash payment at the MTN store of R400 on the 21st Dec 2013. Then I received a statement saying that I need to pay before the 13th January 2014 or I will be handed over. So I phoned MTN & spoke to a black lady. Who told me I can at least pay R400 before the 13th at least so I don't get handed over and settle the rest with 30 days. I told her I will pay R400 before the 13th Jan 2014. And settle the rest the weekend after the 25th Jan 2014. She said okay that fine. And I even told her please put it down as a memo for I do not want to be handed over. And she agreed. I paid my R400 on the 11th Jan 2014 as promised. When I phoned MTN on the 12th Jan to give them my receipt number payment. And I spoke to an Indian guy who said I have been handed over to the legal department. He said I must phone tomorrow (which is monday) because they are not open on weekends or so. I said okay. I'm absolutely FURIOUS because I did what I was told by the black lady over the phone yet now I have been forwarded to the legal department. This is, because of your staff who cannot give out correct information. And note... the call was on recording!!!
