Upgraded to the experia z1, when data would not load, 111 told us to pull the battery out and the result is we cracked the cover, as it does not open. Burt at the vodacom store immediately escalated the issue for me even though it was not his problem and stayed on top of it. Armin at customer care was just as helpful and Beauty did an amazing job with our upgrades. I am happy. A wonderful experience to have so many helpful people when things go wrong.
