I received my Samsung Note 3 on Monday 5 Nov on a Virgin Mobile contract. On Monday 12 Nov I took the phone back because it was not charging. I was told that I was too late for the 7 day guarantee and that the phone had to be sent for repairs. I received the phone back on Thursday 28 Nov, still not charging. I'm not getting any joy from Virgin Mobile and am really frustrated as I used the phone for a mere 6 days before it breaking... absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I really feel that I am owed a new phone!!! Clearly the one that I received, had some kind of factory fault!!! 074 159 8318
