Shocking way of dealing with a custome

I went into the Vodacom shop in Centurion mall to get a software upgrade and to find out what was wrong with my memory card. I walked into the shop and was not to sure as to where I must stand. I decided to go straight to the front counter and wait in line. It was 10:00 in the morning on a weekday and I was hoping not to spend to long in the shop.
After waiting in line for - 30mins I finally was in front, just then one of the many staff members that they have decided to ask why I was in the queue. After explaining my reasons she told me to stand in another queue where I stood for another 10mins before someone in the repairs unit assisted me. I told her my problem and she was very straightforward and rude. She told me that she could only help with my one request and that I had to stand back in the same queue that I was in before I got told to go to her. I told her that the other lady told me to come to her and that the queue was a lot longer than when I first stood in it and I had things to do. She told me it was 'not her problem'!!!
To cut a long story short I had to loose my temper and call for the manager (who was also not to happy to assist me) before someone took me seriously.
