I don't think Vodacom takes these complaints seriously as this has been going on for a month now. Apologies and follow up calls mean nothing if an issue is not resolved. My contract is not even 2 months old but they cannot seem to send me a copy of it (keeping in mind they NEVER provided it to me in the first place). All i keep receiving is follow up phone calls & lousy apologies & empty promises. Beyond fed-up with Vodacom!!! Changing service providers seems to be the only option
