Bad Service!

I have had a new Blackberry Z10 since the 11 November 2014 and as yet I still am not able to use the phone with my Vodacom SIM! The first occasion, the phone was not charging and after numerous calls and promises made a new Z10 was delivered. It charged but then there was a software problem. It was sent away and then again after numerous calls and promises I got the phone back last week! Now I can't make calls as the SIM swop done was not done properly! I'm not at all happy with the service that Vodacom Blue Route offers cause I've had this cotract for over two months now and I still cannot make calls using the SIM card provided! I even had to take out another Vodacom SIM to make calls! If you can avoid Vodacom Blue Route! Their service!
