My saga with vodacom continues. Even after my last complaint here they still have not resolved it and make EMPTY promises which could be seen as LYING. Since the 23rd of October to date I have called almost every day and every day i get the same commitment "within 48 hrs" from Zandi, Manoka, Nathan, Nomathandazi who blatently to me to Manoko again who informed me that Nomathandazo had no right to tell me that my contract had now been cancelled as that is what i instructed her to do and then promosed me a text and email would follow to confirm. Manoko then told me that she and her supervisor would listen to the conversation i had with Nomathandazo and would then call me back afetrwards and guess what!!! i am still waiting. Each and every of these people made s promise that they did not keep and this in the world i live in is called LYING. Vodacom has absolute no customer service its all about Vodacom and my next step is to place an add in the newspaper with the whole saga as Vodacom does not care and even if i get nothing but the satisfaction of sharing the vodacom to everyone who reads the add i would consider that at least i have warned other about the NO SERVICE
