Despite many complaints with Vodacom and even having raised a complaint on this forum some 2 months ago - Vodacom are still unable to supply a cable for a tablet which is on contract and which is less than a year old. Further Vodacom do not know how to treat their clients. Without constant follow up from my side this problem would have just been swept under the carpet and would have been forgotten about. At my detriment I am not able to cancel my contracts with this really pathetic supplier who has no clue on customer satisfaction. They even have the cheek to ask for a service rating. E-mails and phone calls acknowledging frustrations mean absolutely nothing when the problem cannot be resolved. I have also requested senior members of staff's names and that for assistance but Vodacom simply will not supply. I cannot wait to use another service provider and am constantly advising people not to use Vodacom nowdays. Very very unhappy client. Vodacom your service
