About a month ago I ordered an iPhone 5 online and within 5 days it was delivered, i then called the after sales department to return the phone and have the contract cancelled and to be refunded (which Vodacom states in their policy) and now 3 weeks later and after 3 calls to the department the phone has not been collected and neither have I been contacted to arrange collection, instead all I have been getting is excuses and apologies and also being billed for the month of june and july.
I am highly annoyed with the service and would like some answers instead of excuses and apologies
