A upgrade was done on my contract on 6 November 2013. Many follow ups were done, phone calls made regularly and e-mails send to Mr Sam Moloi without any response. No acknowledgement that emails or communication were received. The call centre promised to call back with a answer in 5 to 7 days but I was ignored all the time, as many promises of 5-7 days were made without response. How bad can the service be if the employees to you on so many occasions by making promises and never even call back to inform me about the progress? I faxed through to Vodacom a affidavit and copy of my id book to department who then send a sms to confirm receipt of the documents. Reference number
