Ecieved bad service yet again this time from the cellc branch in alberton.having to wait for my phone to be repaired for a month .the cell c repairs centre finally send my phone back to their store in alberton on the 7th of January.i recieveedc no call or sms from them letting me know that i can come collect my phone. i called the branch in alberton today and i was told they have my phone and there was a note on the phone that they tried to call me but my voice was off. buth no one tried calling me agin 13 days later i had to call to actually find this out.they say they also send an sms to me, only to find that they sent an sms to the sim card that i use on the phone that went for repairs so how was i suppose to recieve that sms. strange enough i left them an alternative number were they could reach me, but they never used that number . that is just bad service.
