Since 28 December, 2013, I have been going back and forth with Vodacom from the time at Canal walk Century city when Steven the manager promised me that he would get me a loan phone to access my emails etc. and have the phone sent to the Southern Suburbs as I live in the Southern Suburbs. No calls were made to me only unprofessiona and inefficient agents called promising that a manager would call me back, the last being Leeza Brazier a week ago promised that her manager Tiaan would call but then instead the supervisor Elizabeth called which I refused to speak to. She said that Tiaan was out of office and that she was replacing him. Leeza then called me back saying how professionally Elizabeth is and that she would call me back that day at 12h00, no call was made to. I reminded her about my reference which she was suppose to email to me 2 days ago but she went on about the backlog she was dealing with. After I responded to her email saying that no call was made to me by Elizabeth she said she will remind her of the urgency. I am tired of paying for a broken cell that I received no service for since May 2013 and now still have to pay another 17 mnths for and pay for internet.
