Manager of incredible connection in Greenacres doe

I bought a phone from Incredible connection in Greenacres Port Elizabeth on the 20th December as a Xmas gift for my daughter, it turned out that it was a faulty phone and I took it back the very next day. They told me that the phone has to go to the vodacom repair shop and I have to wait 3-5 days to get a new one again. I asked to talk to the manager as this is a xmas gift and I cannot wait that long cos its not as if I even used the phone, it was plain fault, didn't even. Want to go on... the manager avoided me. I keep phoning the store for an update on the phone and they kept telling me they haven't heard from vodacom yet or vodacom must still get back to them or vodacom is still busy with it. I phoned there last week and spoke to a female manager and she said she will have the person who is busy with this OBF call me back but still no effort from any manager to try and make the customer happy. It is after new years day already and still I have no phone to show my daughter as that is what she was promised, I couldn't afford to buy her something else to put under the xmas tree because I used all the money on the phone which she also doesn't have, this is so unfair! What do I do now
