I used 2 think that Vodacom was the best Service Provider in the Southern hemisphere till this afternoon, Vodacom failed to debit my account on the 24th as per normal, I called Vodacom who confirmed that they R having problms with do for the 24th, I also advised the lady who was helping me that my cell has been suspended she said no it's not suspended I then dropped the phone and tested it only 2 find that it is still suspended I dialed 0821949 & I was sent from pillar to post I then asked to speak to a Supervisor, a lady by the name of Nomfundi sifumbela who was rude and sarcastic, went 2 get her "Supervisor" she came back & said that her sup will not come assist cause she will tell me the same thing, "I must contact customer service and not the accounts department" I then asked to speak to the Manager "Sharron Watson", the rep said the manager does not attend to calls, I fail to assist why a "big company" like Vodacom employs unprofessional people like Nomfundi & the so called "sup" Farida Dickenson, as to why does the manager not assist or speak to customers? beats me, once my contract is over I will not go back to Vodacom, @ this point I would not recommend Vodacom 2 anyone
