I am back again with same complaint since I booked my phone into Century City with Steve, the manager and he promised that he will call me on 30/12/13 to provide me with a loan phone. When I complained on Hello Peter - 2/01/14 then Lisa Brazier from complaints called me on 3/01/14 at 12h00 to offer service but she brushed aside the loan phone talk and said she wanted to sort out the repaired phone. She then told me about the refurbished phone that I will get instead of my repaired phone and offered to call me back in this week 6/01/14 and I have not received any call but smses which some of then I cannot read on my old phone. I now do not want a refurbished phone but a new phone as I have not have any benefit from my phone since May 2013 and cannot see myself paying another 17 months for a refurbished phone that will again give me problems. I also want to bring to your attention that I have to pay for my email access since I do not have my phone to use. I would also want a higher up manager to call as I have not been satisfied by the these two people I have mentioned.
