My cell phone went in for repairs on the 15/04/2013 and we were told it would take 21 working days!! No staff member contacted us with the quote, we had to phone Cell C eventually to find out what the delay was. It was then promised to be back today latest and when I called again was told next week Wed which you can imagine when I call next week Wed will probably be told another story. I was promised a Manager would call me back and explain and I am still waiting for that call. The customer service is shocking at Cell C repairs at head office. It would be a good idea for CellC to spend less money on advertising and a lot more money on staff training as there is no one taking any responsibility for customer service. I have 3 contracts with Cell C and when my contracts are up I am going to shop around for a service provider who values there paying customer! I spoke to Rahaba, and Vivan in service and was promised the manager Mr Mariemuthu would phone me back, I am still waiting for that call.
