I eventually received my phone on 27 March. I went away for the weekend and my camera on the hand set was not working I then came back from holiday and went straight to cell c canal walk (wed 3 April- within my 7day window period) The consultant (Dewald) assisted me and said he would send the hand set in for assessment, I then asked about the micro sim as I'm paying for a contract I'm unable to use, he said this was unfortunate. :/I went back to cell c on Mon 3rd of April, to be told my a manager that my phone has not been assessed. After waiting another 36hrs 4 feedback I went back into cell c tygervalley, the manager said that Jacques regional manager had mailed him 2 say contact was made with client about taking a blk Z10 awaiting feedback, NO contact was ever made with me. He then called Jacques who spoke 2 me and said his canal walk store called me and left a voicemail, another and change in story, after this I had enough and told him 2 have my contract cancelled, he said ok. Yesterday I called canal walk spoke 2 jackson he said he would call Jacques and find out what was going on. No feedback, called supervisor Carl he said he would follow up. Stitll nothing
