Incredible service and follow up

I walked into FNB branch at Irene mall on Saturday to make a few changes to my profile and details on my banking account. I was helped by a well dressed young man called Tiaan van der Westhuizen.

If this guy is not a branch manager or higher in the next few months, then FNB are doing something wrong. Tiaan was incredibly helpful in assisting me with all the changes and requests I had. There was not one question I asked that he wasn't able to answer and I had an email and a phone call from him the next working day to make sure that all the documentation he required would be sent in order to get the changes I want made to be done ASAP.

It's because of service like this that I am EXTREMELY happy that I left "beep" bank (I was a customer there for almost 15 years) and joined with FNB. Best banking decision I've made and it makes it even more worth my while that people like Tiaan, are there to assist with my little issues and makes me feel important, as if I was his only customer. Well done Tiaan... you will go far in your career!!
