Repairs to Sony Xperia

I went tinto the Century City Canal Walk28/12/13 and spoke to Steve the manager who promised me that he will see that my repairs received priority as I have had the phone repaired in October 2013 and have not have any service from the phone since I had it upgraded in May 2013. He promised to call me on 30/12/13 to tell me whether I could get a loan phone with access to email and applications while my repairs were done, up till today no call was made to me. I have not had a good service from Vidacom since getting this phone as I called in several times to the call centre to complain and was told that the manager of the direct sales would call me but have not done this. I live in the Southern Suburbs and on the occasions when I visited the Kenilworth Centre and Cavendish they told me they do not have technicians and that I had to take my phone to Century City in Canal Walk. None of the consultants told me that I could book the cell at their store and they would send it to the Repair Centre. I use my phone for business and have not had use while I have been paying for this contract. I have also had my all my contracts with Vodacom but with this experience I done now with you!
