I took out a new contract and was not happy with the phone, I returned the phone but wanted to keep the number, it took 2 weeks to get the old phone picked up, convert the number to prepaid until the new phone arrives. I then request the new phone and receive it except it's not the colour I ordered.By then I am so irritated I decide to keep the phone which is incorrect colour, I charge it as per specifications and guess what, the phone will not go on at all. This now means I have to deal with Vodacom again, endless calls later I finally get the phone I want in the colour requested. Now there are hassles loading my contract benefits on the new contract, finally all sorted, now a month later I receive an sms out of nowhere saying my contract number has been changed to prepaid!!! I dealt with Sifiso in after sales and Dora in Sales, and the service was putrid, I had to keep calling to get updates, all I got was excuses in return, they are incompetent!! Then yesterday I thought let me speak to someone higher - team leader Tebogo, I managed to do that and was promised feedback at 8am on Monday morning... Guess what, it is now 1:40pm and no feedback from Tebogo, I have called him 5 time
