I ported over to 8ta last year and received my new phone 2 October 2013. I received a Samsung s4 mini. I was on holiday and when I came back something was wrong with my phone. The battery doesn't charge and the phone won't switch on. I took my phone into the store on 31/12/2012, but because of the new year the phone was only collected and sent to their head office on 03/01/2014. I still don't have a phone. I don't know what was wrong with it. I don't know who is working on it and if someone is working on it. I will be paying my monthly premium and I don't even have my phone that I am paying for. I am not receiving sms'e regarding the update on the repair on my phone.
I really think this is very poor service that I pay for. I didn't receive another phone to use. I have to use my old phone from the previous contract. Can someone please HELP in getting my phone fixed or sending me a new phone.
