No phone delivery with new contract

I took out a new contract with Vodacom at the Vodacom shop in Fourways (Consultant name: Hilton). I did the paperwork and was told my phone would arrive the next day. Next day comes and goes and no phone. On Saturday I go in and after waiting for an hour the consultant tells me the phone was given to someone else, then changes his story and decides that actually the phone was the wrong colour and so they gave it to someone else. I get promised Monday. I have just phoned and again now the story is the wrong colour phone was delivered again (a red one!?) I have ordered a black S4 mini. What annoys me even more was that the consultant made me sign a form stating I have received the device (I have the sim but no phone!) and told me not to worry that I'll sign a new form when I get the phone. Also very conveniently Vodacom can't give me my phone but managed to get themselves organised to take off the first months money on Friday already!! So they've made me pay plus made me sign that I have the phone and I have NO PHONE. I'm not paying R349 per month just for a sim card! Now the story is to wait till Wednesday - I will be cancelling the contract before that though as I am not waiting.
