Disappointing Service

I applied for a cell phone contract online with MTN. One of the call centre agents called me back to process my application. I explained to the agent that i am experiencing problems with my current phone battery and that sometimes the calls just get cut off. The first time this happened the agent called me back on my landline which was impressive, it so happened that the agent had to call me again, the agent called me on my cell and while we were in the middle of the application process the call got cut. The agent never called back. I sent a request online for an agent to call me, a few days later and i'm still waiting. I would have called them back myself but the website doesnt give their contact details it only allows you to send them an email request. I think the service is very poor considering the fact the i am a prospective new client and that they have more than one contact number for me and didnt bother to call me back. For such a big corporate company i must say the customer service i received was mediocre.
