I OWN A BLACKBERRY CURVE WHICH IS ON A PREPAID SIM CARD. TODAY I WANTED TO USE MY PHONE, I CAN ONLY RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS AND RECEIVE OR SEND SMS'S. I THEN DECIDED TO PHONE VODACOM, AS IT WAS ONLY MY PHONE. I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT RMCS HAS CONVERTED MY PREPAID SIM TO A CONTRACT SIM TO A TOPUP 49S. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT RMCS, WHICH I DID AND THE NUMBER JUST RINGS AND RINGS. I DID NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT, I WAS ONLY INFORMED VIA SMS FROM VODACOM THAT MY CONVERSION WAS SUCCESSFUL. I DONT EVEN HAVE A CLOTHING ACCOUNT WITH THE EDCON GROUP, WHERE DID YOU GET MY CREDENTIALS??? I WANT THIS MATTER SORTED OUT TODAY, AS I HAVE NO USE FOR MY PHONE AT THIS STAGE. WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE CONTRACT EVERY MONTH???
