Mtn will not let me upgrade

I am told I can upgrade my one number in April. However I want to forward pay the 3 months so I can upgrade the account now.
Vodacom and 8ta offer this service.
So mtn needs to decide, keep me as a client or i will cancel all three contacts when they end.

They blatantly refuse at retention department to process it.
