UPGRADE

It was time for my upgrade. i called the call centre only to be told that i have already done an upgrade in september 2013.the last upgrade was done by me 2011 November. i asked them to investigate . its gone over 3 weeks now & this has not been sorted out. i am a vodacom client since 1994 with the same number that is due for an upgrade.
