2013-03-31: Request logged for an early upgrade. Ref M13033184
2013-04-03: Client follow up on request and request have been referred to management
2013-04-05: Client follow up on request and no history of request nor reference given on 2013-03-31
2013-04-05: Client submits report to HP
2013-04-08: Brian Maleka contacts client to enquire about problem.
2013-04-09: Brian Maleka contacts client to confirm early upgrade (4 months) approved and retentions will contact client shortly.
2013-04-10: Client contacts retentions and retentions need to confirm process with management.
2013-04-10: Client is contacted by retensions and upgrade is once again confirmed. Upgrade device requested out of stock but will be in by 2013-04-12. Retensions ensure client that there will be no break in connection due to upgrade.
2013-04-11: BIS deactivated on clients phone and can not be reactivated according to customer care.
2013-04-15: Client follow up on process. No device despatched but finds out that stock have been available since 2013-04-10.
2013-04-15: Client repeatedly contacts center and promised that consultant will return call.
2013-04-18: Faulty device eventually reaches client by 2013-04-18.
