Vodacom called ME to offer me an upgrade package on 21 May. Delivery failed cause they took down the wrong address. Rearrange deliviery a week later - and I still havent received the phone!! Finally went to a vodashop today (Cresta), where Martin was very helpful in assisting me, but after an hour in the shop - no one is still able to cancel initial upgrade so I can upgrade at the store. It's 6 weeks since I wanted to upgrade. It can't be ok that I still haven't???
