My Vodacom contract line was upgraded without my consent on 10 December 2013. I only discovered this on 1 January 2014 during a call to cancel the contract. A service request was created for which I have the reference number, but to date no one has contacted me to follow up. Every call I've made since then leads from 1 department to another and nobody seems to know how to assist me or who I should be speaking to.
I'm at the end of my rope! I need to have this matter resolved so this line can be cancelled. Is this the only way a customer can get service these days?
