Well, after my last Hellopeter report (https:///8ta/complaints/telkom-mobile-keeps-billing-me-after-cancellation-1264144), i got a call back on the 3rd, i was requested to forward all the comms i had regarding this issue with i did the very same day (3 DECEMBER 2013), Its now the 17 JANUARY 2014 and nothing has been done, i resent the mails AGAIN on the 13th to TM-SOC-BILLING and still nothing. Clearly my issue is not very important to TM and the fact that im being inconvenienced every month since last year September doesn't matter to them, i guess the only route left here is the legal one, clearly no one listens until there's a court case opened. This is the last report im writing, i have had it with your company!!!
