Vodacom

Two years ago I received a 'free phone' from vodacom. I had to pay a monthly contract fee. A bill for a tablet (which I did not own) was also getting billed to me. To cut a long story short someone had used my id, it was my id number but not my photo. That has subsequently been resolved.

However the contract for the number 0767079917 was ending at the beginning of December 2013. My contract was upgraded without my knowledge or consent on the 3'rd of December 2013. Vodacom cannot supply me with the information on who upgraded this, they said I needed to go to the police station and get an affidavit stating I did not upgrade. I have done all of this, I have faxed it to vodacom on the 09/01/2014. I have phoned vodacom on numerous occasions and I get told the matter is still pending. Reference no S3-0412P-P4RK4.

In the meantime my account is still getting debited monthly which is exceptionally frustrating.
