I applied for contract at vodacom for galaxy note 2 in december 2012 it was agreed that the phone will be delivered whithin five days.
the contract was R399 per month excluding call line indetifier.
five days passed without any delivery nor any notification. i called thier sales department only to be notified that they are out of stock.
i cancelled the contract and was notified that the contract will be cancelled within 24 hours which i was happy with. more than three days passed which warrant that the 24 hours has passed for the order to be cancelled.
in january i made a call to sales department to request a new contract and within five days of agreement it was delivered as the guy called Tumi told me the phone is in stock.
the contract was around R380 per month including call line identifier.
when i call to activate the phone i was told the delivered phone was for the cancelled contract.
i called vodacom sales department to come and collect the delivered package and was to it will be collected within 10 to 14 working days.
on thursday Caroline from vodacom told m to keep phone it will be activated on R380 which was not it was on R399. only noticed wit unknown numbers
