Complaint / review / scam report
I recently went to upgrade my contract that had expired in October 2013 only to learn that some stranger had already upgraded my contract on-line without my consent. I was shocked how could that possibly happen. I notified the call centre and was given some fax number to fax an affidavit and a copy of my id. When trying to make a follow up after a week i was told to email docs to fraudanalysis. On following up after two days i was told that my complaint was not forwarded to the correct department. I have spoken to almost five poeple and had been given different ref numbers. I am paying for the a contract for some stranger i dont even know. Can someone at vodacom kindly assist me. It has been a month now trying to resolve this issue.
