Somone phoned my husband from Vodacom direct because he was due for an upgrade. He upgraded over the phone and took Blackberry 9320. Few days later they delivered the phone with a new sim card which we never open, few days later normal debit order went off, and 2nd debit order and the 3rd debit. We phoned Vodacom we were told they ve created a new contract not upgraded. We asked them to cancel the new contract will go toVodashop and upgrade. We got a statement today for R400, and they didn't cancel the other contract. We were told its past 14 days now they can't cancel. I need this investigated and thr second contract cancelled and my money refunded. I always have to complain everytime is due for an upgrade last years as
