ARREARS???

I am awaiting a detailed statement regarding my arrears amount of R84.00 - my account has been paid every month. I want to know where this arrears amount comes from. No sms was received stating that the account will be blocked if payment is not received within x period of time.

For the past 3 months the account was blocked due to BIS payment required, I received an sms giving me the details for the reason why the account was blocked, the BIS service was cancelled at the Cell C Store Westgate, and telephonic in October 2013. Furthermore, I spoke with Clayton on 7 January 2014, the account was then blocked due to BIS payment required, why did he not inform me of the so called R84.00 in arrears on my account? 9 days later my account is blocked again, now due to the arrears which appeared out of know where.

Also advise me on how I can cancel this contract with immediate effect. I am sick and tired of dealing with issues on this contract.
